Regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Though orders are typically processed within a 1-2 day period, please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process. That means if you order on Tuesday, you can expect the order to be shipped by Friday at the latest. 

Your order could in some cases be delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or checkout information, such as a wrong shipping address provided.

Delivery time estimates are shown below:

USA: 4 -7 working days
UK:7 -20 working days

CA, AUS: 7 -20 working days
Europe: 7 -20 working days
Rest of world: 15 - 40 working days

For most of our products the shipping takes from 4 to 13 business days. During busier, peak periods, it can take up to 16 - 30 days, depending on availability and stock status, Also please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order after payment has been verified ( Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded ).

*Please note that some orders could potentially experience delays of up to 60 days due to COVID-19.

Shipping times can also in some cases be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather Conditions
  • Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Seasons)
  • Large and/or Bulky Items
  • Error on the Shipping Providers side

Should any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you well informed to the best of our ability.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering before checking out. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address. At that point, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund upon arrival.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase fromfepets.com and we understand that it may be tricky when it comes shopping online. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sainaluv@icloud.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us an email. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. 
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off you package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Please track your packages. I’m not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it.

We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS. ***

If USPS Tracking confirms that the package was "Delivered", no refunds or replacements will be granted.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. No exceptions!  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit unless you have insured your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

 

Many items are marked "Ships in 24hrs", meaning that those items are guaranteed to leave our warehouse within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Therefore, the Processing Time for these items will be less than 1 business day.
